Eastside BEC has been providing support and mentoring services to small businesses since 1995.

We are proud to be supported by the federal government and sponsoring councils enabling us to provide low cost services to our members.

EBEC provides low cost, confidential and independent counselling and advice to small businesses.

EBEC is an independent organisation supported by a unique partnership of Australian and local government together with the corporate sector.

EBEC focuses on the micro and small business sectors, in and around the Eastern suburbs.

EBEC are charged with creating economic development and jobs, through the growth of new and existing businesses.

Biz Fast-track Program

Coaching and Mentoring for Start-up businesses

 

The Eastside BEC Biz Fast-Track Starters program, is a forum for gaining and applying sound start-up and management practices and business skills in your business through the process of business coaching and mentoring.

Group meetings will be facilitated by an experience business coach and consist of 10 people (maximum of 2 participants per business).

The program is ideally suited to anyone who is starting a small business, who wants sound advice and guidance in the start-up process and form strategies and processes to achieve their goals and objectives. The program will cover such topics as:-

  ·  The Business Plan
  ·  Research and viability
  ·  Finances
  ·  Marketing
  ·  Legal requirements and registrations

The program will run for 12 weeks with 6, 3 hour sessions every fortnight.  The program will commence in the first week of March.  Day and time TBA by selected group depending on availability.

The price of the program is $550 incl. GST per participant.

Members are required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement prior to commencing the program.  We will try where possible to restrict multiple industry activity of businesses within the group.

Come along to hear more about the program, meet the coaches and other possible participants.  Attendance to this session does not put you under any obligation although application forms will be available for completion on the night!
